For many women, trying on a tailored suit is something entirely new, and might feel unfamiliar. You might even be feeling a little nervous. But rest assured, our goal is to make you feel comfortable in our space, to help you feel confident in your decisions, and completely yourself throughout your fitting with us.

The Rundle Tailoring Women’s Made-to-Measure Experience

Every Made-to-Measure garment is guided by Andrew Rundle, a tailor with more than 35 years of experience. Andrew works closely with you to refine fit, fabric and design details, helping translate ideas into garments that feel balanced, comfortable and beautifully tailored.

Many clients also work alongside Bronwyn Rundle, who assists with styling, fabric selection and coordinating the overall look. The process is collaborative; where ideas are explored, options considered and the final garment shaped through conversation and careful fitting.

Your first appointment begins by trying on sample garments – available in sizes 4 to 26 – to refine sizing and silhouette. This process allows us to create a suit, shirt, vest or other garment tailored not just to your shape and proportions, but to how you want to feel wearing it. From there, you’re guided through fabric choices, design options and finishing details. Made-to-Measure production typically takes four to six weeks.

When your garment is ready, you’ll return to try it on for the first time. All alterations are performed on-site by our team of talented seamstresses. If small refinements are needed, these may be completed while you. More detailed adjustments are carefully finished for you in a matter of days.

Tailored shirts form an important foundation in many women’s wardrobes. Our shirt samples allow clients to explore different fabrics, colours and design details before creating their own Made-to-Measure garment. They can also purchase the samples as ready-to-wear.
