Following our recent national-level win for Best Wedding Suit Fashion 2025 at the Designer of Dreams Awards, this marks our third consecutive win in the NSW category — and our fourth time overall — making it a particularly special milestone for our fourth-generation family business.
What are the ABIA Wedding Awards?
The ABIA (Australian Bridal Industry Academy) Wedding Awards are the leading industry awards for wedding professionals in Australia. Founded in 1996, ABIA exists to uphold the values of integrity, transparency, and trust in the wedding marketplace.
ABIA’s results are unique in that they’re entirely determined by newlyweds. Each year, over 30,000 couples submit verified reviews of their wedding vendors via the ABIA platform. These reviews rate businesses across the Four Pillars of Perfection:
- Quality of product
- Quality of service
- Attitude of staff
- Value for money
To be eligible, businesses must also meet a minimum number of nominations, ensuring every winner is genuinely trusted and recommended by a large base of clients.
ABIA’s custom-developed award algorithm calculates the overall approval rating, with scores published out of 100 for complete transparency. This year, Rundle Tailoring was honoured with an outstanding 99.57% approval rating, making us the top-rated wedding suit provider in New South Wales.
A celebration of style at Crown Sydney
Attending the 28th ABIA NSW Wedding Awards was also a chance to showcase the artistry of our tailoring. Our sharp Made-to-Measure suiting looks felt like the perfect choice for the luxurious setting of Crown Sydney.
Bronwyn debuted Stella, our new women’s Made-to-Measure dinner suit. With its wide peak lapel and satin finish, Stella offers timeless elegance for weddings, black tie events, and special occasions. Styled with vintage and contemporary accessories, Stella turned heads as a perfect example of how women’s tailoring can be every bit as striking as men’s.
Andrew wore a rich chocolate Made-to-Measure evening suit — a double-breasted, three-piece style with a shawl lapel. Paired with a crisp dinner shirt and bow tie, it embodied modern sophistication while celebrating our heritage of fine suiting.
