From Newcastle and the Hunter Valley to beyond, Rundle Tailoring offers Made-to-Measure suiting that brings together generations of craftsmanship with a genuinely personal, considered approach to fit and individual style. For us, tailoring has always been about people first — understanding how you live, work and celebrate, and shaping a garment around that.
Your Made-to-Measure experience begins with a fitting sample, allowing us to carefully refine your measurements and preferences in real time. This process allows us to create a suit, shirt, vest or other garment tailored not just to your shape and proportions, but to how you want to feel wearing it. Whether you’re commissioning suiting for work, a wedding, a formal occasion or simply as an expression of personal style across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, this is an investment in confidence, longevity and craftsmanship.
On this page, you’ll find our Made-to-Measure fitting samples — each thoughtfully selected to showcase some of the different silhouettes, fabrics and finishes available through bespoke tailoring. Beyond what you see in-store, there are many more designs, fabrics and finishing details available to select from in our fabric swatch and finishings books. Some customers choose to purchase these samples as a ready-to-wear suit, but they also help Made-to-Measure clients see and feel how their final suit could look. There are two options for customers interested in Made-to-Measure:
Design your own
The true Made-to-Measure experience involves designing a suit to your exact preferences. You’ll select from our extensive range of premium fabrics, linings and finishing touches. You can adjust lapel shape, pocket style and trouser finishes. This is a highly-detailed and collaborative process guided by our head tailor Andrew which typically takes four to six weeks, resulting in a suit crafted specifically for you.
