Rundle Tailoring International Women’s Day Made to Measure Suit Competition T&C’s
Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Rundle Tailoring Pty Ltd (“Promoter”) of Newcastle West, New South Wales.
2. Competition Type
This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry will be individually judged based on the merit and quality of the response submitted.
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to legal residents of New South Wales aged 18 years or over.
- The competition is open to nominees who identify as women, as this competition forms part of the Promoter’s International Women’s Day initiative celebrating women’s Made-to-Measure tailoring.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- The winner must be able to attend fittings in person at the Promoter’s store in Newcastle, NSW.
4. Entry Period
The competition opens on Tuesday 3 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 31 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. How to Enter
To enter, entrants must during the Entry Period:
- Submit an entry via the official competition form at rundletailoring.com.au using a valid email address;
- Follow @rundletailoring on Instagram at the time of entry;
- Subscribe to the Rundle Tailoring newsletter; and
- Agree to these Terms & Conditions.
An entrant may nominate multiple women in separate entries but may only nominate the same individual once.
6. Nomination & Consent
Where an entrant nominates another individual (“Nominee”), the entrant warrants that:
- They have obtained the Nominee’s prior consent to submit their personal information for the purposes of this competition;
- The Nominee is aware of and agrees to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify this consent and may disqualify any entry where consent has not been properly obtained.
If a Nominee is selected as the winner, the Promoter will contact the Nominee directly to confirm acceptance of the prize and agreement to these Terms & Conditions. The prize will only be awarded once the Nominee confirms acceptance.
7. Judging & Winner Selection
- All eligible entries will be reviewed by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter.
- Entries will be judged based equally on creativity, thoughtfulness, and alignment with the spirit of the campaign.
- The judging panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 10 business days of the competition closing.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days, the Promoter may contact the nominator (if applicable) to facilitate contact.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. The Prize
The prize consists of:
- One Made-to-Measure suit experience including a personal styling session with the Promoter at the Newcastle West showroom;
- A mini photoshoot with professional hair and makeup and content capture;
- Live portrait illustration by Ink & Snow;
- A six-course dining experience for two at Roundhouse Restaurant at Crystalbrook Kingsley.
Total prize value is approximately AUD $2,500.
9. Prize Conditions
- The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of being awarded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
- Any additional customisations outside the stated inclusions will be at the winner’s expense.
- Prize components are subject to availability. If any component becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a component of equal or greater value.
- The Made-to-Measure garment is for the winner only.
- If the winner is unable to redeem the prize due to illness or exceptional circumstances, the Promoter may, at its discretion, agree to alternative arrangements.
10. Marketing Communications
By entering, entrants consent to receiving communications from the Promoter in relation to the administration of this competition.
Entrants may separately opt-in to receive marketing communications from Rundle Tailoring. Marketing consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting the Promoter.
Nominees will only be added to marketing communications if they independently provide express consent after being contacted directly by the Promoter.
11. Publicity
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the competition, including photography, video and social media content, without additional compensation.
Written consent will be obtained prior to the use of the winner’s name, image or likeness in promotional materials.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Information is collected for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting entrants. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required for prize fulfilment or by law.
13. Social Media Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this promotion.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the competition or the prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions; or
- Engages in unlawful or improper conduct.
16. Force Majeure
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
17. General
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Where reasonably practicable, notice of any modification, suspension or cancellation will be communicated via the Rundle Tailoring website and social media channels.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
